Maintenance
Before using the dish, wash it thoroughly and place it overnight in a water bath. The next day, the dish is taken up and dried. When the dish is completely dry, it is rubbed with a vegetable oil (rapeseed or sunflower) and is now ready for use. The dish is oven and hob-safe - both ceramic and gas burners.
