{"id":11438,"date":"2024-03-06T16:16:50","date_gmt":"2024-03-06T15:16:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tibladin.dk\/?page_id=11438"},"modified":"2025-10-10T11:57:36","modified_gmt":"2025-10-10T09:57:36","slug":"right-of-withdrawal","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tibladin.dk\/en\/fortrydelsesret\/","title":{"rendered":"Returns"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h3>If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)<\/h3>\n<p>You have 14 days of full right of withdrawal when you shop at Tibladin.<br \/>\nThe cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>have received your item<\/li>\n<li>takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually<\/li>\n<li>gets physical possession of the last lot or the last part in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You must notify Tibladin within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.<\/p>\n<p>The notice can be given by e-mail to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@tibladin.dk\">info@tibladin.dk, <\/a>you can also use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.<\/p>\n<p>In your message, you must clearly state why you wish to return your goods.<\/p>\n<p>You cannot undo by simply refusing to receive the item without giving Tibladin clear notice of this.<\/p>\n<p><b>Cancellation of part of the purchase<br \/>\n<\/b>If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.<br \/>\nPlease note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Return<\/h3>\n<p>You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified Tibladin that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the item.<br \/>\nWhen returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.<br \/>\nYou bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal<br \/>\n<\/strong>Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to the consumer&#039;s specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The condition of the item when you send it back<br \/>\n<\/strong>You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.<br \/>\nIf the item has been tried on in a way other than as described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item&#039;s commercial value.<br \/>\nIn order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.<\/p>\n<p>We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.<br \/>\nIf the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund of the purchase amount<br \/>\n<\/strong>If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.<br \/>\nIf you exercise your right of withdrawal, Tibladin will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs as a result of your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery)<\/p>\n<p>The payment will be refunded without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which Tibladin has received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. Such a refund is made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.<br \/>\nThe refund can be withheld until Tibladin has received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you regret the purchase, the item must be sent to:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Tibladin<br \/>\nSkt.
