{"id":3726,"date":"2022-10-11T12:04:15","date_gmt":"2022-10-11T10:04:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tibladin.dk\/?p=3726"},"modified":"2023-11-03T20:15:00","modified_gmt":"2023-11-03T19:15:00","slug":"briourats-with-beef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tibladin.dk\/en\/briourats-med-oksekoed\/","title":{"rendered":"Briouats with beef"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>Briouats with beef 25-30 pieces (depending on size).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation: 1 hour 30 minutes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Baking time: 10-12 minutes at 190\u00ba hot air.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Delicious crispy Moroccan Briouats<\/h3>\n<p>Perfect for a starter, side dish for e.g. a salad, appetizers or for a buffet.<\/p>\n<p>This recipe features spiced beef and is often served in Morocco with cumin and cinnamon on the side in a bowl for dipping between bites.<\/p>\n<p>Briouats can also be made vegetarian with, for example, spinach and ricotta or with prawns and vermicelli, which can then be served with fresh lemon.<\/p>\n<p>In Morocco, they are most often fried in oil, but I have made a lighter version where they are baked in the oven. The filo pastry makes them crispy.<\/p>\n<p>You can make them in different sizes depending on what they will be used for. fullscreen; picture-in-picture\"><\/iframe><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_gallery wpb_content_element vc_clearfix wpb_content_element wpb_animate_when_almost_visible wpb_fadeIn fadeIn\" ><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_gallery_slides wpb_flexslider flexslider_fade flexslider\" data-interval=\"3\" data-flex_fx=\"fade\"><ul class=\"slides\"><li><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/tibladin.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Tibladin_oksekoed_aeg-600x400-1-400x400.webp\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" alt=\"Eggs in beef for briouats\" title=\"Tibladin Beef Egg 600x400\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/li><li><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/tibladin.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Tibladin_briouats-600x400-1-400x400.webp\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" alt=\"Briouat&#039;s preparation\" title=\"Tibladin Briouats 600x400\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/li><li><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/tibladin.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Tibladin_briouats_oksekoed-600x400-1-400x400.webp\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" alt=\"Beef for briouats\" title=\"Tibladin Briouats Beef 600x400\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/li><li><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/tibladin.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Tibladin_briouats_oksekoed_inthemaking-600x400-1-400x400.webp\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" alt=\"Beef for briouats\" title=\"Tibladin Briouat&#039;s Beef Inthemaking 600x400\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/li><li><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/tibladin.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Tibladin_briouats_ingredienser_close-600x400-1-400x400.webp\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" alt=\"Condiments for briouats\" title=\"Tibladin Briouats Ingredients Close 600x400\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><h3 style=\"text-align: left\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading\" >You will need that<\/h3>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>900 g minced beef<\/li>\n<li>2 large handfuls of chopped fresh parsley<\/li>\n<li>Oil and butter for frying and greasing phyllo dough<\/li>\n<li>2 packs of phyllo dough (can be bought frozen in the larger supermarkets)<\/li>\n<li>5 cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<li>2 large onions<\/li>\n<li>3 tsp. cumin<\/li>\n<li>3 tsp. turmeric<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp. ginger (powder)<\/li>\n<li>3 tsp. cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>A small pinch of saffron<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li>2-3 eggs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading\" >Course of action<\/h3>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h4>Preparation:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Finely chop the onions (or use a blender) and fry the onions and garlic in plenty of butter and oil in the pan until nicely golden<\/li>\n<li>Fry the beef (chop and spread it well on the pan so it doesn&#039;t clump)<\/li>\n<li>Add all the spices and parsley to the meat and let it fry<\/li>\n<li>Turn off the heat and add the fresh eggs<\/li>\n<li>Stir the egg into the beef so that it becomes a mince (it is important that the eggs do not fry)<\/li>\n<li>Then melt approx. 100 g of butter in a bowl and set aside<\/li>\n<li>Take 1 piece of phyllo dough and spread it out on a plate or cutting board<\/li>\n<li>Brush the dough with the butter using a small brush on both sides<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Collection:<\/h4>\n<p>When you assemble your briouats, cut your phyllo dough lengthwise in the middle, and then fold the oblong pieces in half, so you have a &quot;double&quot; layer of dough. When the dough is brushed and ready, you can distribute your filling.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place a spoonful of filling at the bottom of your piece of dough and fold the dough up and in on itself to form a triangle.
