Berber basket M – INSSA

Inssa means peace in Berber – a name that encapsulates the calm balance and harmonious color scheme of this handmade Berber basket.

Created by women in Morocco’s Atlas Mountains, the basket is woven from natural grass, wrapped with wool threads in delicate shades of lavender grey, burgundy, green and golden yellow. The geometric patterns tell stories of nature, community and the rhythm of craftsmanship – a tradition that has been passed down through generations.

With a height of approximately 20–25 cm and a diameter of 18–22 cm, Inssa is perfect for storing small items, jewelry or accessories – or simply as a decorative element that brings peace and authenticity into the home.
