Goods

As the goods at Tibladin are handmade, variations may occur, and reservations are made for small imperfections. The products are unique, and many of the rugs are only available in 1 piece. If you have specific wishes for a product, we can receive made-to-order items, and we will do our utmost to meet your wishes.

All prices are incl. VAT and taxes. The prices are valid for the following countries:

The price is fixed at the time of ordering. After this, no fluctuations in the price can be experienced. Reservations are made for obvious errors in the pricing on the website.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) We deduct the amount when we send the item, or

2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer. 

You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.

We do not charge card fees. The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.

At Tibladin you can choose to pay with Klarna. It differs from country to country which services are available. You can always access Klarna from the shop and read about the different solutions.

Delivery

Free delivery on orders in Denmark over DKK 499. For orders under NOK 499, DKK 39 is charged for shipping to the parcel shop and DKK 49 for private delivery. When ordering, the order is dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

In Europe, we ship with PostNord to parcel shops and privately.

For orders to the following countries:

Belgium, Holland, Luxemburg, Poland, Germany: Free shipping for 130 Euro and below, the following is charged for shipping: 9 EUR for parcel shop I 11 EUR for home delivery
France: Free Shipping for 130 Euro and below, the following is charged for shipping: 10 EUR package shop | EUR 12 for home delivery.
Sweden: Free Shipping below SEK 999 and below, the following is charged for shipping: 110 SEK package shop | 170 SEK Private
Finland: Free shipping for 130 Euro and below, the following is charged for shipping: DKK 100 ex VAT package shop | DKK 130 ex VAT Private
The Faroe Islands: Free shipping at DKK 1999 and below, the following shipping is charged: 250 ex VAT private | 150 ECONOMY
Greenland: Free shipping at DKK 1999 and below, the following shipping is charged: DKK 350 ex VAT | 255 ex VAT ECONOMY

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Extra delivery costs as a result of an incorrectly specified delivery address are always the responsibility of the buyer. Tibladin disclaims responsibility for shipping to incorrect addresses and provides no compensation in this case. If the parcel is not picked up in the parcel shop, it will be returned to Tibladin and the actual return freight charged to us by the shipping company will be charged to the buyer.

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)

You have 14 days of full right of withdrawal when you shop at Tibladin.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you:

  • have received your item
  • takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually
  • gets physical possession of the last lot or the last part in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts

You must notify Tibladin within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.

The notice can be given by e-mail to info@tibladin.dk, you can also use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

In your message, you must clearly state why you wish to return your goods.

You cannot undo by simply refusing to receive the item without giving Tibladin clear notice of this.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

Return

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified Tibladin that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the item.
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.

The condition of the item when you send it back
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in a way other than as described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Tibladin will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs as a result of your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery)

The payment will be refunded without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which Tibladin has received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. Such a refund is made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.
The refund can be withheld until Tibladin has received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

What should I send back?
Please attach a copy of the order confirmation. Note! Tibladin does not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

Complaint

You always have a 2-year right to complain when you shop as a consumer at Tibladin. This means that you can complain about errors and defects in the product. You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have discovered the problem. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

You must contact Tibladin at info@tibladin.dk before returning the item.
When you receive goods from Tibladin, you should always check whether the packaging is intact. If not, this should be reported either to the post office/carrier and Tibladin must be notified of this.

Access to complaints

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact info@tibladin.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via The complaints portal for the House of Commons.

To be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed .

When you shop at an e-mark webshop, you can have your case processed by the e-mark for free - regardless of the size of the amount. Read more here.

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone no. and email address.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you. We do not share personal information with third parties unless this is necessary to complete the order.

The personal information is registered with Tibladin and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

The data controller at www.tibladin.dk is Tibladin.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: info@tibladin.dk.
