Kenza means treasure in Arabic – a name that fits perfectly with this beautiful, dark Berber basket, which hides both culture, history and craft tradition.

Handmade by women in Morocco's Atlas Mountains, the basket is woven from natural grass, carefully wrapped with wool threads in deep olive green, red, brown and white. The graphic patterns are inspired by Berber symbols, which often represent strength, protection and connection to nature.

With a height of approximately 20–25 cm and a diameter of 18–22 cm, Kenza is ideal for storing small items such as jewelry, keys or dried flowers – or as a beautiful, handmade design object that brings warmth and authenticity into the home.

Each Kenza is unique – created with love and respect for a craft that has been passed down through generations of Berber women.

The story behind

I love curves! They can give any room warmth and coziness.

The baskets are handmade and from a family business in Marrakech that specializes in wicker and has been doing it for generations.
