If you are unfortunate enough to get a stain on your GALET cotton stool, start by vacuuming the stain. Take a tightly wrung out cloth and dab the stain.
The story behind
The Galet stool/pouf is handmade by women in a women's cooperative south of Marrakech. Unlike the other poufs in the shop, this one is a solid stool, so no additional filling is required.
The women's cooperative employs 160 women and thus contributes to raising the standard of living of many families in the small village. A school and kindergarten have been established for the women's children, so that the children can receive education and be employed while the mothers work. It helps the standard of living of the many families in the small village.
