These flat Tamegroute dishes combine handmade Moroccan ceramics with beautiful brass details. They come in deep green hues and warm ochre, which are beautifully contrasted by the golden glow of the brass.

Each plate has its own expression with slight variations in glaze, color and shape. This gives the ceramics its special charm and makes each piece unique.

Tamegroute ceramics are known for an unfinished, rustic and raw look. The pottery has notches, slightly cut in some places, marks and glaze differences. Perfectly imperfect!

There may be various small variations in sizes, colors and the coating, as Tamegroute ceramics are handmade in a very special way.

Maintenance

We do not recommend the dishwasher. It is better to wash them by hand.

The story behind

Tamegroute pottery is a traditional way of making pottery that originates from Moroccan people in the Zagora region. The way in which it is made, and the unique green color, is what characterizes the ceramics best. Because of the way it is made, the ceramic has a very tactile surface. At the same time as it is handmade, there can also be various small variations in sizes, colors and the coating, and imperfections in the ceramics. It is part of the charm that it is unique, and it gives the ceramics more character.
