The tumbler is made of beautiful brown recycled glass and is part of our Beldi glass series. The glass is mouth-blown and made in the traditional Moroccan way. Beldi means 'traditional' or 'native' in Arabic. Beldi glasses are iconic mouth-blown Moroccan glasses full of personality.

The color is a beautiful, warm and light shade of brown/olive green that shifts between brown, yellow and green.

The glasses measure 9 cm in height.

Use them as tumblers as water glasses or for drinks if you want it to be a little extra festive.

Goes beautifully with our other Beldi glasses, both in the same brown shade or in green and transparent, and with the fine Beldi jug.

Maintenance

Wash with mild soapy water - can also go in the dishwasher.

The story behind

Beldi glass from Marrakesh. All made from recycled glass that is heated, mouth blown and shaped and finally progressively treated in a cooling oven. The glass goes through a complex craft process and shaped into elegant designs.

Despite the finesse of the glasses, they are extremely resistant and can be used in all everyday situations. They go in the dishwasher and can even handle moderate temperatures in the oven. The green reflection comes from the recycled glass.
