Hand wash. Be careful with large temperature differences. A tagine should be heated slowly and simmered over low heat. This applies to both the hob and the oven. Never put a hot tagine under cold water.
The story behind
The tagine is an iconic piece of Moroccan culture and craftsmanship. The cone-shaped bowl has traditionally been used to prepare slow-simmering dishes – also called 'tagines'. These tagines are specially selected for serving: they bring warmth, color and authentic Moroccan atmosphere directly to your table. All ceramics from Tibladin are handmade in Morocco.
