The pillowcases are in kiria cotton with details of vintage Kilim rugs in wool. Dry clean at a dry cleaner. As the covers contain pieces of vintage Kelim carpets, there will be traces of use on them, which is just part of the charm.
The story behind
These beautiful handmade cushion covers are made from kiria cotton and parts of vintage Berber Kilim rugs in wool. Here, vintage rugs from Morocco are given new life in a cushion cover that combines the simple expression of the kiria cotton with the beautiful patterns, decorations and textiles from the Kilim rugs. The vintage Berber Kilim rugs also have fine fringes and sequins that give a bohemian look. The beautiful vintage carpets bring colors and exciting patterns into the home, and depending on which old Berber carpet we have chosen to use, you will get a completely unique pillow. We've also added big, pretty pom poms in the top two corners, giving it a playful boho touch. The cushions fit perfectly into the Scandinavian home, where the beautiful colors compliment a simple and warm style. Developed in collaboration with designer from Marrakech.
The covers have a strong zip so they can be removed and cleaned.
The covers fit 40 x 60 mounting pads.
