The story behind
Soft textiles give warmth and personality to the decor. The bedspreads are handwoven by women in a women's cooperative south of Marrakech and only quality materials and the finest sustainable wool are used.
The women's cooperative employs 160 women from the small village and thus helps to raise the standard of living of many families. A school and kindergarten have been established for the women's children, so that the children can receive education and be employed while the mothers work.
