Hassan Tower by Emu Gallery
Moroccan poster from 100% recycled paper. The posters are of high quality and come in a careful and protective triangular box.
The Hassan tower was built in the 12th century at the behest of Abu Yusuf Yaqub al-Mansur in the Moroccan capital of Rabat. The tower is made of sandstone and has acquired a red color over the years. Unfortunately, the Sultan did not manage to complete the project as he died already 4 years into the construction, so the project died with him. The beautiful unfinished mosque is today a popular tourist attraction. A 'fun fact' you might not know about the monument is that instead of building a staircase to the top of the tower, a ramp was built so that the Muezzin could ride up there on his horse when he had to pray. It is not actually known why the mosque was named Hassan, so the meaning behind the name is unknown. In Rabat, there are many historical monuments and sights, and the Hassan Tower is one of the most well-known.

The frames are shipped separately from your order as they are shipped from remote storage. The frames come with plexiglass, but if you prefer regular glass, just write it in the comments field.
