Tagines

Tagines are a permanent part of Moroccan culture and cooking. They have been used for hundreds of years and the name tagine, also spelled tajine, means "low clay pot" in Arabic. In this clay pot, which consists of a shallow dish with a nice cone-shaped lid, you can make a sea of different delicious simmering dishes with meat and vegetables.
